TRAINER PROFILE

Kalidas (KD)
has more than 20 years of working experience both locally and abroad serving numerous multi-national organisations in the areas of Human Resources Management, Training and Development and Manufacturing, Hotel and consultancy. His wide exposure in the Consultancy and Manufacturing has equipped him with practical knowledge in understanding organisational behaviour and in his capacity both as a consultant and corporate trainer, he has personally trained more than 10,000 people in the areas of HRM, Training and Development, Motivation, Personal Development, Time Management, Supervisory Development Programs, Interviewing Skills, Operational Management, Strategic Management and Change Management . Participants find his training both enriching and fun as his personal motto in training is " Fun in Learning ". He is an eloquent speaker and a Competent Toastmaster ( CTM), a Charter Member and  also the Past President of the Speech Dynamics Toastmasters Club, Toastmasters International. His love for Performing Arts is evident in his involvement as a Stage Actor, Producer and Committee Member with Penang Players, a Drama and Theatre Organisation based in Penang. KD holds an MBA and been also lecturing in the local Higher Institutions and Colleges throughout the country for the past 15 years in the areas of HRM, Training and Development, Organisational Development, Management, Strategic Management and Marketing for Diploma, Degree and Masters Programmes

Cancellations & Substitutions: All cancellations of registrations must be made in writing. If cancellations received one week before the event i.e. 19th June 2009  you will be entitled to a 50% refund. Due to contractual commitments no refund. will be made after 19th June 2009, however a complete set of documentation will be sent to you. Substitution are welcomed at anytime.  Note: It may be necessary for reasons beyond control, to change the content and timing of the event, speaker(s) or venue,  every effort will be made to inform the participants of the change.
