Introduction

The ability to read, analyze and interpret financial data in the financial statements of an entity is no longer consider an advantage but rather the inability to do so is consider a serious handicap. These financial summaries of a business entity's operation and position served as key documents in evaluation of relationship between the entity and its many stakeholders. Such relationships may include investing, business partnership, credit assessment, etc.

Facilitator

Mr. M K Han is a Chartered Accountant by profession and has over 20 years of experience having served in various roles as practicing accountant, company secretary, financial controller and management accountant.

He has facilitated many public and in-house seminars in financial analysis, financial planning & budgeting, credit and collections for clients like Sime Darby, TNB, TM, RHB Bank, MIA, CIMA, etc over the years. He is also the principal facilitator for "Financial Analysis and Valuation", a core paper for a post graduate diploma in applied finance and investment awarded by FINSIA, Australia.

Mr. Han holds a degree in commerce from New Zealand and is a member of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants, Malaysian Institute of Accountants and Malaysian Association of Company Secretaries.
